Most people think about this in the heat of the moment as their pet has just passed away and the clock is ticking. From Houston to every city in the world, what they should do for with their loved one has many options.
From pet fish to horses the options can depend on size. The next consideration comes from one’s upbringing. Burial or cremation seems the obvious answer. However YOUR living arrangements can make burying your loved one not an option if you live in a condo. Furthermore some development CCR’s and city/state laws may forbid it.
Some think about burying their pet in the back yard….till you move. Many choose pet cremation because they like to have their beloved close to them and can take them through the other journey’s in their life.
Others see cremation as a financial decision with benefits. Cremation is cheaper and final. It eliminates the recurring costs associated to burial or having to dig up your pet if you move, didn’t bury properly or sell your home.
